Ramona Hood is President and CEO of Fedex Custom Critical, a leading transportation company providing a range of transportation capabilities for expedite ground, temperature control shipments and industry specific solutions; delivering hundreds of thousands of shipments per year.

Hood oversees the FedEx Custom Critical executive leadership team, responsible for the performance and strategic direction of the company. Hood brings 28 years of FedEx experience to her role, having most recently served as Vice President, Operations, Strategy and Planning. Her career path included positions at FedEx Custom Critical and FedEx Supply Chain and evolved through many areas of the company, including Operations, Safety, Sourcing, Sales and Marketing. With each assignment Hood brought unique and fresh approaches to the business.

Ellen Voie is an internationally recognized speaker and authority on gender diversity and inclusion for women working in non-traditional careers in transportation.

As founder of the Women in Trucking Association in 2007, Voie serves as the organization’s President/CEO. The Association was formed to promote the employment of women in the industry and to remove obstacles that might keep them from succeeding.

Voie was appointed to serve a two-year term on the FMCSA’s Entry Level Driver Training Advisory Committee. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Motor Carrier Association and is a member of the Wisconsin DOT’s Motor Carrier Advisory Committee.
